Zero stars. Will not recommend nor visit Tera again. I called in in reference to my blood pressure, when I met with the Tera, she advised me she was only seeing me for a fever. My concern was with my blood pressure being elevated, not a slight mild fever. It’s insane to think you are going to bypass my main concern and state you are only seeing me for a fever that I was already treating and had under control with over the counter medication. I understand I am not your patient and as you stated, know nothing about me, but I would think a NP would have some concern for the health of another that is paying for Tera Medical Services. Lesson learned, will only schedule with my PCP going forward!

I have been a patient of Tera for over 7 years now. She has been wonderful! I have never had a long wait to be seen, she has always listened to my chief complaint and offered a treatment solution. For instance, when I wanted to stop smoking she gave me a plan, made me accountable and closely monitored if I had any side effects from the medication I was taking. I am thankful for Tera and her nurse (best blood drawer in Tampa)!

ZERO chance of me recommending her. I had a scheduled appointment and waited over an hour before being seen. My main issue stems from a medicine that clearly states NOT to stop taking yet she did not authorize a refill from either myself or the pharmacy. Had she wanted me to come in, in my opinion she should have given me a 30 day supply and made me come in during that time, not held it as this has caused major issues in my life.
