I sought out Tera after my son was killed. This has been a painful, dark journey and I'm grateful that Tera was by my side. I was in deep despair and filled with anger when I first met Tera. I'm now generally at peace with my grief and once again hopeful about life.

Should be renamed FAKE Mental Health and Wellness LLC. I was sick and sent a text letting her know 2 hours in advance that I would not be able to attend my appointment that day. She billed me the full amount for my missed session and I took responsibility as I signed the cancellation policy and paid it in full. Next session I was waiting in the front for her to take me back and noticed she decided that day to put a white board with the words “unless you’re in the ER you will be charged for a full session” in bold. Tera had me wait in the lobby for ten minutes into my appointment to have me read this note—not unlike a parent putting a child in time out. I asked her why she chooses to charge people 100% for a missed appointment and she responded aggressively saying it’s her business. She told me she will be referring me to someone else (never did) and to get out. Please save your money and find a provider who cares about YOU, not about using you to make their next luxury car payment.
