I waited 1 hour 15 minutes (with a scheduled appointment I was courteous enough to arrive 15 minutes early for) after Tenessa's nurse took my vital signs, but I never saw Tenessa. After waiting alone in the room for 75 minutes, I walked to the front desk and told staff about my wait - they merely offered to cancel the appointment. Common courtesy would have been for someone to at least check on a patient left waiting alone for so long and explain the delay and offer an apology.
