If I could leave less than one star I would. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare worker. She was dismissive, cold, condescending, and did not listen.
She also didn’t even update my medications, although she did ask.
I was told by a nurse on the phone to get to the Drs office immediately, she treated me as if I have a hangnail.
I have a cervical soft tissue nerve pain and she sent me for an X-ray and said go home, no follow up, no addressing my pain, just sent me home.
