Horrible
That office and physicians assistance are terrible and dangerous. The physicians assistant owns the practice and a Dr in name only on the staff. You can’t even see the actual Dr. They refuse to use the portal like every Dr in existence, never answer calls or messages…often for weeks, never address life issues with prescriptions, call in the wrong prescription OR the wrong dosage, and they should not be in this business of healthcare. Diabetes isn’t anything to mess with and I am left out here with no meds and my sugar through the roof killing my kidneys. Totally disgusted. They even did this to a friends type 1 diabetic daughter. She had to go elsewhere because they NEVER RESPOND. Every insurance company should refuse to work with them.

Ms. Simpson is the best medical practitioner I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients and their health. She is passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and takes the time to listen and also explain. She makes sure you leave her office fully understanding your diagnose and treatment. She is a rarity in the medical world today.
