In addition to Dr. Thompson I also saw a couple of other doctors in this office for the same problem. I went through months of misery, repeated phone calls, and several doctor visits. Finally I was told that all these problems were due to doctor error,the problem was then solved. Not only did none of the doctors admitted to the error, but they billed insurance and me for each of the appointments that were necessary because of doctor error.
