Lost my pcp. Can't get seen!
The clinic he was at, is very close to my house. I was happy when they finally had someone accepting medicaid patients. Then he disappeared! Poof! Gone. I am disabled and over 60. Suddenly I can not be seen!! I need a Dr. and there isn't one that will accept 'new medicaid patients' The next nearest clinic has no one that can see me is months away. This is unacceptable!! When the ER says to follow up with pcp within 3-5 days, there is not one to be seen.I'm devastated. Maybe there will be someone I can see next month, and maybe not. RIP

He was an amazing PCM for us.
6et, he never shared with us that he was leaving our clinic. Imagine my surprise that, a) I can no longer get scripts refilled and b) we now have to be seen as new patients after being treated here for YEARS, c) we have to redo ALL of our tricare referrals, once we have our 'new patient' appointnents

Unprofessional Staff - AVOID
Went in for a physical last week and labs were taken. This week his nurse called me concerning the results of my labs and was very arrogant and "put out" that I wanted to discuss the results. I asked to speak to Dr Swenson and she promptly hung up on me. Very poor and unprofessional nursing and administrative contact.

Judgmental attitude toward those suffering from mental illness. Seems arrogant in attitude if patient has a concern about any medication that might make another physical condition worse.
