How can i star this! Well she was my go to person after going through my traumatic birth and having a premature baby that only weighed 1lb i had so many issues and i was so shy to talk about them and she helped me talk to her about them! I wish i lived in albuquerque to keep going to her i will always and forever recommend her to anyone i know is going throught difficult times!

Tara has been amazing throughout my pregnancy and traumatic birthing experience. She made herself available to me whenever possible and even took the time to speak with me while I was admitted in the hospital! She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients feel safe and heard. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to start therapy or switch to something better!

Tara is very personable which makes her easy to talk to! She will make you feel welcome and create a safe space for sharing. Unlike other counselors I've seen she truly cares about her patients whereas others were more concerned about the money aspect. She offers evening and weekend appointments as well and has always been very accommodating to my schedule. I've been seeing Tara for over a year, am still currently receiving treatment, and truly feel that progress is always made whether big or small. Baby steps...is progress. Making an appointment...is progress. Admitting that you need help...is progress. I highly recommend Tara for anyone who has been burned in the past, is hesitant to try therapy, or is looking to confide in someone that will advocate for YOU.
