i went several years ago after my doctor retired. booked appt about 2 months ahead. assumed they were just that great and worth the wait. hateful receptionist when i came in to sign in. then the first nurse that weighed me was very unfriendly almost rude. second nurse who did health history was great. SInce there was no one else in waiting room and around lunch time I assumed i would be in and out in a jiffy. But, i sat in a paper gown and waited for the NP for almost an hour. I can only assume a drug rep or someone came in and they all had lunch while i was in there fuming in my little paper gown. that wasn't the worst part though. the worst part is that the written summary i received after my visit contained false information. emr's and check boxes. don't check you discussed mammograms or colonoscopies when you didn't. that's lying. especially when i have a family history of both. that makes you look untrustworthy. i wont be back.
