Customer be aware: This doctors office in Marrero has the rudest support staff that I have ever dealt with. Whenever you call this office with a need the receptionist/assistant will treat you as if you are a nuisance for calling and asking for help. The woman I spoke to said her name was Tracy. I recognized her voice because she has been consistently rude over the years. Please find a doctor that has people working for him that care about the patients and customers. This receptionist refused to give the doctor my message and hung up on me after she was the one who was being rude. Please do yourself a favor and find a different eye doctor. Dr. Leblanc is not a bad doctor I have seen her for a few years in a different office with a better staff. , however, Tracy in the Marrero office is so rude that you will have an unpleasant experience, especially since once you have an exam the rest of the service and follow up is provided by her staff.
