Had an intake with Tara, She claimed she’d be thorough and asking questions at the start of the appointment.However, every time I went to answer her questions or give history and insight to problems I am dealing with currently, she cut me off and told me it would take up too much time.I could not got a word in edgewise about my concerns and struggles without being told I have “Poor introspection” or “you’re manic”, by a person who has only spoken to me for 30 minutes.Tried to push mood stabilizers onto me despite me explaining repeatedly my history with reacting poorly to more than 7 different ones, and historically having no positive effect on me. But I guess the Non-MD nurse practitioner knows you better than yourself after meeting you for under an hour.If you care about agency over yourself and your own care, do not go to Tara
