I went in with stiffness, headaches, and occasional numbness in my arm. She's identified a few spots that need adjustment, and things have greatly improved. She's very professional and her staff is extremely friendly. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Tara Koff is an amazing chiropractor. She is thorough and so knowledgeable. Each visit, I improve. Her ART treatments are the best and I am walking because of her expertise. I would highly recommend her and Koff Chiropractic.

I am an old runner (over 70). I had sustained an injury in 2012 from running that resulted in lower back pain, sciatica and pain down my right leg. My coach at the time recommended Dr. Tara to me. I am very glad she did. Dr. Tara used the ART and Ultrasound techniques. In a few months I was pain free and able to run freely again. I had success in future 5K races. I had to return in 2013 for treatment for achilles tendonitis and busitis on my left foot and ankle. Dr. Tara fixed me up again.
