Mortified by her patient care and managerial skill
I spoke with dr tara Finley today as an escalation concern where I was recommended by my pcp to go for fluids. I called ahead to ensure they offer these services. Treatment was denied but my insurance was billed $590 for a visit without treatment. She said “I hope you receive the hydration you need” and when I replied “thank you for acknowledging that treatment is needed and appropriate” this woman straight up hung up the phone.
