I seen Ms. Applegate for only three appointments. The last appointment was for a urinalysis. Five days later after calling repeatedly I went to her office to obtain the results. Needless to say the results was something I needed to attend to immediately. She also requested tests that I told her I didn’t wish and I’m now stuck with those costs. Her bedside manners are terrific but her ability to provide healthcare is lacking.

I am a former co worker, and this is one of the most AMAZING, HARD WORKING, COMPASSIONATE, DEVOTED, medical professionals that I have ever encountered. She is a WONDERFUL person, PLEASANT individual and her dedication to helping others is AWE inspiring.... She truly is TOP NOTCH and I highly recommend her for you, your family's health care needs.
