I'm very happy and grateful that Tanya was my therapist. She is very kind and understanding. She helped me a great deal. I liked that she didn't 'push' me, but guided me in a way that I was comfortable. Its very hard for me to talk about pain and the past -- I tend to prefer joking more, but she helped me feel safe and comfortable enough to talk. I trust her a great deal.
