Tammy Hadfield, NP

What a bummer cuz I like Tammy but the billing was erratic and several charges that are unclear. She maybe a good nurse but the headaches that goes with her billing makes it not worth it to do business with her or her company.

Front desk staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Upon walking in the office you see many pictures of Tammy and a huge display case full of Tammy's 'Look at me'. She 100% thinks she knows best and is unwilling to listen, and gets visible upset when questioned or even just suggesting something she prescribed isn't working, or saying that you want to try something different. She always seems over booked, clomps around loudly in and out of rooms, and is very moody. The scheduling and instructions are always lacking... Show up fasting just to be told no labs. Show up another time with no reason for labs and they say did you fast? It seems like no matter what you're there for, they throw some curve ball at you. I was a patient there for several years... I finally just couldn't take it anymore and told her I was getting a new provider. She didn't take that well. I'm so glad I switched.

I have been receiving hormone therapy and seeing Tammy for many years. Right away I had an extreme improvement with my menopause symptoms. I have more energy, sleep better, and have seen a great improvement with sex drive.

Tammy is very professional and stays up-to-date with research. Kind and caring.

Tammy has been such a great practitioner. Not only is she kind, but she is also very knowledgeable in the areas of thyroid and female related issues and particularly hormone replacement therapy. She treats her patients with respect and is concerned for their wellbeing and does everything in her power to help resolve problems and concerns. She is very professional, yet very personable with her patients. I have been very happy with her treatment of me as a patient and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a practitioner that can help you with female related problems and thyroid issues.

Went for an early morning appointment. Receptionist is arrogant and uncaring. Immediately you feel like a commodity. Prior to the appointment I was not informed that I should not take my usual thyroid meds, so was curtly informed upon arrival I would not be able to have lab work done. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. Was then told I would be seen quite late. Clearly the agenda is not about patient care. Called twice to ask that my information be shredded or sent back. No return call. No surprise there.

Tammy Hadfield is rushed, aggressive and easily unhinged. It is a mystery how she arrived at this profession. I saw her during a vulnerable time and she unleashed a personal attack on me stating that she was "frustrated", "busy", and "confused." One of the most traumatic experiences of my life. There was no talking her down. There are so many wonderful providers in the area; please do your homework.

I love this office. Tammy is kind and understanding and her staff very welcoming. Tammy took the time to make sure I really understood my diagnosis in my appointment and never once made me feel rushed. They all really went above and beyond, I would highly recommend her.
