I really liked Miss Tammy. She asked all the pertinent questions and didn't press me on the things on pursuing tests that there was no family history of and I didn't feel comfortable pursuing. She was easy to talk to and personable. I would recommend her to anyone!

she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE, she don't complete my physical i walked out and I will not pay the bill for a incomplete DOT physical. I don't except someone that's supposed to be in a professional position to walk in a room without knocking and start yelling at me while waving papers in my face.. The nurse that called me in and took my vidals was very sharp,rude, and had attitude as well...
