Dr. Gannaway was friendly and thorough. As a new patient, she listened to my concerns - both about my physical state and my insurance coverage. She took the time to explain answers to my questions and was able to address everything on my list (yes, I'm one of those people who takes a written list to the doctor). She was open to discussing assessment needs and options. Most importantly, Dr. Gannaway allowed me to make my own decisions after she explained the possibilities.

Dr. Gannaway is a good doctor. Very thorough. I have always has a good experience with her and the staff. My only complaint is her office is shared with the urgent care building, and i do not feel comfirtable in the waiting room, knowing there are lots of contagious germs in there.

One of the worst patient-provider experiences I ever had. A cold demeanor about her. Would never go back again. After I saw her, I had a tooth extraction and three crowns put in,she was the worse of the two experiences. Sorry that Renown cannot get a more qualified and caring provider. I will be taking my business elsewhere; to a qualified physician. She twice insisted that Nancy Inman was not a doctor, when I referred to her as such. Talk about an insecurity issue. Run, Run, Run
