My staff and volunteers work directly with folks experiencing personal traumas. We asked Tammy to teach us techniques related to self-care and de-escalation. Tammy?s ability to quiet the voices in our heads and focus on the present is special. She is soft-spoken and connected well with each of our staff. She is an amazing listener and respects everyone?s unique story and experience. I highly recommend! I am not a patient of Tammy; she provided professional services to our organization.
