I had an appointment scheduled, but Tamekia never showed up for my daughter's appointment. The front desk staff had us sit for over 30 minutes in the waiting area without telling us that she was not there. When asked the front desk took over 5 minutes to tell me that she was not there. One even walked around to the waiting area and raised the volume on the sounds machine so I could not hear what they were saying. Then they informed me that they had reached her, but she was not going to come in.
