Our first appointment was well over 1 hour of taking medical history, getting to know us, and generally just establishing a relationship. Dr Tamar is a perfect match for my 17 year old daughter who is leaving pediatrics and ready to find her primary care Doctor into adulthood. I am so pleased that Dr. Tamar is able to monitor my daughters PCOS at this point, and we no longer have to travel down to Children's Hospital in Seattle. Just a huge bonus that she also delivers babies so my daughter will benefit having her personal Doctor able to guide her through that time -- and being comfortable and confident with your delivery! It's just nice to not be a number like the larger offices are and to actually have the same Doctor with your appointments.

She is warm and attentive. Her and Kim will deliver all my babies. I trust them with my life and with the lives of my children. I always felt like every appointment was a mix of learning and counseling. They care for you and they explain everything in such a way that you never feel foolish for asking the simplest questions. I learned so much while under their care.
