Mixed results. I met with Taisha weekly for a year or so, and it is very clear that she is accustomed to using CBT and does it well. However, a major drawback to her work is that she talks about herself a lot, often times taking up more of the session than I was. In addition, she'd often be late, sometimes ten minutes late, and would still cut my session short. In general, I think she does a lot of great work but her professionalism is really lacking.
