I have recommended Tabitha Zappone to others and they have seen her. I really liked her and was so encouraged that I had a good female primary care physician at last! Sadly I have not been in for follow ups to tests and procedures she scheduled as I was told there was a problem with the insurance company. I was told it would not be long but maybe I would have to wait a couple months to be seen again...sadly it's been longer than that and have not yet heard from them.

Had to visit Ms Zappone on a walk in basis. The facility was well planned, neat and attractive. The receptionist was very cordial and assisted me with the check in and insurance requirements. The check in process was automated and was very efficient. The office medical assistant reviewed my online file with me, checked BP, height and weight and interviewed me regarding my past history and reason for the visit. Ms Zappone provided excellent diagnosis and treatment.

Very empathetic. Explained everything everything I needed to know very well. Unfortunately she's not on BCBS's preferred caregiver list, yet. I am submitting a nomination form for her, so hopefully this will change.
