Dr. Chang has always been very thorough, giving clear explanations about test results and answering any questions and discussing any observations I may have.

Dr Chang was very helpful and patient with me explaining all of my options. It was worth the wait to see her.

She explained everything I needed to know about my diabetic eye exam

Dr. Silvia Chang is Rude,and Immature in my opinion. She seems like she gets annoyed with her job.

The front desk is usually very nice and very quick on helping and also the worker that took me back to test my eyes with a nice guy very easy going and helpful. Doctor Chang was really a pleasure to deal with, and she just knows real quickly how to take care of whatever's needed. To me this showed her understanding of not only her work but also the situations that patients go through, so I really appreciated that.

Everyone was friendly and the wait was not too long.

In the exam she noticed an eyelash growing into my eye and went to find tweezers to remove it. That proved to be a difficult challenge, but she finally came back with a pair and removed the lash. She was determined and persistent. I admired that!

Dr. Chang is very thorough and explains the process of her examination and shares the results with you. She is easily relatable as a physician to patient.

She was courteous and patient providing needed information to understand the results of my tests.

I went to Azul Vision and was seen by Dr. Chang. She was very thorough in her examination of my eyes, and confirmed what my problem is. She offered helpful tips on how to alleviate my condition. I was pleased with my appointment.

My eyesight is getting worst and Dr Chang confirmed mild cataracts. She ask if I wanted to live with that or have surgery. That’s when everything went south. I asked what was involved. She couldn’t tell me. I asked what are the risks. She said “I don’t know what you’re asking”. She seemed hostile to me and she didn’t want to answer my questions about what the risks were for surgery. She told me to get a pamphlet at the front office. No compassion, not willing to help me understand. I was very frustrated. Worst doctor ever.

Hello! Just wanted to acknowledge Dr. Chang and her amazing service. She is very patient and knowledgeable.

I didn’t appreciate the way she came into room and just blurted out “You have Immaculate Degeneration”with no concern or sympathy of how I would feel!!! I saw how it affected my father and is affecting my uncles, aunt. I was totally shocked by the way it was announced to me!! I am sure is very educated and knowledgeable in her profession but she had no concern about my feelings. I felt like I couldn’t get a direct answer to any of my concerns. I left the office for the FIRST TIME EVER FEELING very very confused and worried! Like I said is probably is a great doctor but sometimes it’s important to also be a caring one also!!
