excellent : I have been seeing Sylvia for over 20 years... and had no issues with her or their service.. but, this year over 2 days I have been trying call the office to cancel my appointment due to illness, but no one from scheduling picking up the phone or asking to leave my number... therefore, I dialed O got the answering service.. they forwarded my infor. I missed their return call.. so I tried again... impossible to reach this office.. I don't have any other way to relay this msg to whom it may concern.. this is not about Sylvia.. I am wondering how to make a new appointment?

I have been seeing Sylvia for years regarding all of my female issues. She is smart, proactive, has an awesome bedside manner and listens to my personal needs. She’s on the top of my list of the doctors/APN’s I see and highly recommend her. A pure delight.
