Sydney Barfield did my intake, followed by another appointment when I was actively seeking a new talk therapist, as well as review my medications. She listened attentively to my concerns, areas I wanted to focus on, and was extremely professional in her recommendations. She offered a lot of reassurance and just what one needs when speaking about their mental health. I felt like I was in the best cafe.

I did my intake with Ms. Barfield and I felt like I was talking to a computer. No compassion, no empathy, as a matter of fact, no emotion at all. This is not my first rodeo and I felt like there was absolutely no consideration for the way I was feeling, just very technical. The office is horrible too. The way they run things is so unprofessional. If you need to get in touch with the Dr. for any reason, it's nearly impossible. If you leave a message they do not return your call. I was advised by one the prescription CSRs that they try to call back but simply do not have the time to get back. How then can I get in touch? I was prescribed a medication that I was worried about because when I picked up the medication, it had a warning as to drug interactions regarding something else that I was taking for my heart. No one called me back. I had to call my cardiologist to make sure. This is not right. Seems like a money hungry place but not too concerned about their patients. I don't recommend this place at all.

Ms. Barfield attentively listens to me all the time. She cares about my wellbeing as if she was a family member. I am very grateful for her help in this process of mental health and well-being. My family ans and friends are very happy with the results of my care from Ms. Barfield.
