Svitlana Plaschke, NP

I have been seeing Svitlana since our prior doctor left. She is warm, understanding, compassionate, takes time to ensure she understands, knowledgeable and just what this town needed.

I give 5 stars to Nurse Practitioner Svitlana Plaschke. I have never met such a personal and compassionate doctor. She is on maternity leave at the moment and will return back to the office in September. I have seen few other doctors covering for her in the past few months. My experience was just ok. I'm looking forward for my main doctor to return.

Great GP

I don't go to doctors very often. I see NP Lana about twice a year for full physical and health maintaince stuff. Service is always excellent and timely.

Svitlana has been very professional in handling my health concerns . She is very nice and patient . Girl on the front desk is very welcoming and polite , she got me in quick . I will definitely switch my husband to their office.

My experience with Dr Plaschke has been excellent. I love that the office is so easy to get in and get treated. I even did telemedicine once and it was great too. This dr really cares and explained things when needed. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr T and NP Lana for 5 years. I recommend this clinic to all my friends. I see lots of specialists due to my chronic illnesses but I love my primary care doctors. They are always available to answer any questions if I can't reach my specialties.

I have been seeing Lana for over a year now . I am very grateful and satisfied with her care .

My wife and I have been under Dr. Plaschke care for 1 year. We are happy with the services and recommend the clinic to our friends and family here in Sac.

I really like this office. Easy parking, no people in the waiting room because of covid . They do offer over the phone visits. When I get there, I am roomed within 5 minutes. Every time I call to schedule the staff are very helpful. I am scheduled within few days to see a dr. Sometimes i can pick either dr Lana or dr Tekola (depends on the availability). Very satisfied with both doctors and the services provided. Always able to get my pills on time.

This Doctor has Zero ratings for a reason and their office staff should as well considering how unprofessional they are (I believe her name is Inna she sits at the front desk, her name matches her very well with the rude, rough and unprofessional words coming out from her mouth to patients). I was in Dr. Svitlanas Plaschke's care for about a year before I started having health issues that needed attention due to an accident. It was throughout the course of 6 months that I realized this doctor has too many patients, doesn't listen, wants to get you in and out ASAP, looses paperwork/screenings in which you'll have to go in twice to redo because it disappears, doesn't call when testing comes in because she believes if she has talked to you within the month you can wait until your next appointment to get your MRI results or any for that matter. There is so much more too many cons not many pros. I highly recommend you do not have Dr. Svitlanas Plaschke's.There is so much more I could say...
