What am I credible support/ proving coping skills I have used for years.

I’ve struggled with trauma for a very long time and seen many providers over the last 20 years. Suzette is truly one of the best. She’s extremely empathetic and responsive to my med concerns. She’s helped me see myself and my trauma in a new light, and given me the tools to live a better life. I’m so happy that I was referred to her.

Suzette is the worst therapist I’ve seen. She made me feel guilty, ashamed, and did not normalize my problems. Instead, made me feel reluctant to tell her things because she always made me feel bad about them. She does not have the warm and fuzzy, calm energy, instead it’s a very cold, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable energy. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Not good, been twice, she was very cold and indifferent, almost robotic, made excuses for making me wait over an hour.... she didn’t know I was there! I won’t go back as she added to issues I already had.

Suzette Cyr is the worst human being I've ever met. From day 1 I knew I wasn't going to like her but still tried to push through. Now I am on my 7th session and out of those 7 visits I have left her office crying and hyperventilating and dry heaving about 3 of those visits. She's a pill pusher and just tried to settle everything with medications. She refuses to fill out paperwork that I need for my job, which will in turn cause me to lose my job. She can't even give me a straight answer as to why she won't fill it out just she doesn't want to. I tried to have a reasonable conversation with her and she just would not listen and could not give me an answer. She then proceeded to tell me she wasn't having this conversation and kicked me out of her office. She doesn't care about the patients or their well being, she will not take the steps necessary to help them.

I saw her because she was one of few practitioners who specialized in my area of need. She refused to discuss any issues I came in for and instead blew irrelevant issues out of proportion. I left feeling awful about myself. Worse, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up my next round of meds, which she'd promised to renew, I'd discover she'd reduced ALL the doses without consulting me--some by enough to cause withdrawal. I'd been stabilized on them for years! It was dangerous and irresponsible.
