Suzanne is a lovely, caring person who is so thorough with patients. She does not take the shortcuts that almost all ‘doctors’ do with conducting a physical exam, so she misses nothing! Importantly, she is widely known and respected in Western Mass medical region. Doctors and medical specialists I see often stop to smile and comment on knowing Suzanne and expressing their highest regard for her.

Was satisfied while NP worked at last pratice. The staff at Ludlow office were rude, argumentative and less than helpful when I simply tried to make an appointment. Rather than go back and forth with office staff, I took my medical records to find a different provider elsewhere.
