Dr. Beason-Hazen is very unprofessional. I've received several phone calls for different individuals I do not know from both office staff and the doctor herself. I was given spelling and primary care provider information on a patient I do not even know! Upon trying to discuss this incorrect phone number issue she actually hung up on me. Shameful behavior. I wouldn't recommend seeing this doctor, as your personal information obviously is not safe with this staff. And the doctor is rude.
