Susie Smith, PA-C

So disappointing. My family has been going to Susie Smith for years but after the extremely unprofessionalism I experienced today, we will never go back. I had an appointment to have a scary thing surgically removed from my back. I had moved to another state but had my appointment here so I flew in to have the procedure. I arrived early for my appointment, paid the co-pay and waited patiently. After 30 minutes, I was called up to the front desk and told that they did not have the referral and would not see me. I asked to speak to the manager. Long story short, they did not have a referral from my insurance so I said I would pay out of pocket. The manager said that since my appointment time had now passed, they would not do the procedure. There was no apology, no customer service skills, no warmth, no attempt to resolve this issue. She actually came out of her office with an aggressive and defensive attitude and made no attempt to help resolve the situation. This was in the

Dr. Suzie Smith is my dermatologist here. She is awesome and amazing! I go here once a year for my yearly check up and it’s always super smooth. I’m in and out of the office pretty quick and the staff is always nice. The office is always clean and they have a really cool fish tank. If you are looking for a new dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Suzie Smith!
