Susan Williams, NP

I have been going to Susan ever since Dr. Hollie left and I must say that I love her she always comes in and listens like really take the time to help figure out what’s wrong with me. I couldn’t ask for a better person because she treats me with respect and we talk like we’ve been knowing each other for years. She is very thorough and will make sure that she has done everything in her scope to have a good outcome.

She doesn’t value anyone’s time. Every time I’ve been there since Dr Gibson retired the service is bad. I have a good and patients to see also.! I’ll never go back. I’m getting a new doctor. I’m moving my family to a doctor that cares about ppl. I made an appointment at the CVS minute clinic.

Susan has been my doctor for over 11 years. Anytime I am in the need of medical care., I always get an appointment quickly. If I ever have needed a specialist doctor, she always knows who to send me to and I appreciate that because when you try to find a doctor that can help you it’s not always an easy task, she has always done that for me. Thank you, Susan for All the care you have given my family.

I jumped around a bunch of doctors in Nashville before I found Susan. After my first appointment with her I knew I had found my primary doctor. She’s great, upfront, and to the point, always has answers or advice, has never been judgemental, and is open to share about herself as well. I hope she never retires. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I was excited about meeting this NP based off the good reviews on Google. However, this was a completely lackluster & unprofessional experience I encountered. As I waited in the room for the provider, I could hear the nurses&techs gossiping about other patients, rudely cursing about patients, and even heard the provider before entering my room as her assistant 'why am I even seeing her? I have 3 more patients to see before 12!'. She seemed very bored and indifferent during my visit. Was looking to the side & hardly made eye contact with me. I had a lot of questions I was hoping to talk about during this new patient visit, but only mentioned my anxiety- which was met with 'Have you seen a therapist!' Which was unhelpful, I didn't feel like I got a proper examination, and she didn't take the time to explain anything to me about my problems. It felt like I was imposing on her by being there. I can't recommend her. I didn't ask any of my other questions due to her unwelcoming demeanor.

Thorough with our check up and suggests helpful tips. Makes sure that our prescriptions are needed, and that we have them! Deletes the ones we don’t!

Amazing, Amazing!!!!!!

I have been coming to N.P. Williams for many years now. Every time I see her she takes time with me. Answers my questions. Asks me questions. Even if I message her office on the portal ai get a quick response back.

My daughter has moved to a new city and was looking for a new doctor. When she wasn’t able to get into see a physician, she opted to see the NP Susan Williams who appeared to have good reviews. Boy was she mistaken!! Susan Williams was rude, very abrupt, and somewhat condescending to my daughter when she asked questions. Only advice Susan Williams gave her was a rude “good luck” upon leaving the room. Susan asked my daughter zero questions about her health history and offered no solutions at all. DO NOT GO SEE THIS WOMAN UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY. Such a shame that my daughters first experience was such a disappointment.

Just moved here and was looking for a primary care Dr. My visit was great. She spent time with me and gave me referrals I needed. Listened to me and wasn't overly pushy. Didn't have to wait long either.

She doesn’t make me wait long to see her esp w my work schedule . She listens to my concerns and is thorough , I never feel rushed when visiting her . I highly recommend her

She keeps your mind off the pain the sickness. Down to earth and super funny. As much pain I am in she had me literally cracking up in that office. Best visit in all my 41 yrs! I even messaged her and her staff while in the ER LOL and was super what to see her bc the treatment I got at the er was nowhere near what I got the day before! Book this woman for your medical care u wont regret it! Ask her about her trips to Lowe’s and Wally World lol she will have u laughing to the end of your appointment lol

This visit was absolutely wonderful! I will always ask for her when my primary is not available. She took the time to listen to everything I was saying, showed great empathy/concern for my issues, and had great conversation as well!

When I cannot get in to see my primary care doctor, I ask for Susan Williams.

She was extremely unhelpful and did not address any of my concerns. She spent the entire time making useless small talk, and I left more confused than before.

Susan did nothing to help me. She referred me to a physician who did not even take care of my type of issue. When requesting additional assistance, she ignored my requests and would not even acknowledge my pain issue. I am an RN and would always prefer to seek help from a fellow nursing professional, however, she was not helpful. She seemed uninterested and was not at all empathetic to my problems.

Couldn’t get the care I needed. Felt like I was being given the run around.

She's constantly gossiping during the visit and didn't examine me regarding back issues and right rib. I never got on the table. Very unprofessional I wouldn't go back to her at all.
