The reception area and office is comfortable. Susan asks pertinent questions, listens,and confirms her understanding of a situation while taking notes.She is personable, straightforward, and upfront with her fees and expectations for a good counseling session. Really liked her intake form states how progress can only be made when a person(s) is honest, open and willing to listen to each other. It demonstrates her desire to help you with your problem/situation.Susan seams to be nonjudgmental.

She stated during the phone scheduling that she would send me paperwork via email to fill out ahead of time. I gave her my email, but she did not send the paperwork. During the session it was discussed, and apparently she had sent the paperwork to the wrong email. Ok. Anyone can make a mistake, but don't count the session time to answer the questions from the paperwork which was the providers fault for not sending it to me as she said she would. That was the first problem followed by others.
