Sora claimed she was am expert and had always had positive outcomes. Always? That and some very aspects of her behavior made me wonder if she was too old to be practicing. She was quick to anger, belittle and once she had her mind made up, the actual facts weren't relevant. She may do better in person. Over the phone and in the glichy app it was awkward and her often harsh tone wasn't mitigated by anything else.
