Would never recommend
I agree with the other reviewer. If I could leave a triple negative star review, I would in a heartbeat. Horribly unprofessional and rude. Would never recommend this woman,

I would leave negative stars if I could. AWFUL. This lady told my sister in law that is a sexual assault victim that “a positive from this experience is that you were a pretty 14 year old”. Susan is obviously not qualified to be a therapist, let alone for victims of assault. I highly suggest NOT using this sorry excuse for a human as a therapist.

I am a current client of Susan Shanks and would like to speak with high praise regarding our journey as client and guide. Yes, Susan is a counselor, with solid credentials, but also a fine guide on this journey of life. I found her when I was a broken and lost person, and in the two years we have traveled together, I have found my way back to where I wish to be. I am not the person I once was, I am a better, stronger, more secure person, thanks to the guidance of Susan Shanks.
