Telehealth
Dr. Palmgren has been my therapist for almost 2 years now and I'm so grateful for our bi-weekly telehealth appointments. It took 'kissing a few frogs' to find her, but during our sessions she is engaged, thoughtful, kind - yet effective - and is wonderful at helping to develop coping strategies. She has a very calm demeanor and a grounding presence. In my opinion, she is the standard that other therapists should aspire to.
