Susan seems caring and genuine but then she snaps and is very abrupt and controlling. For the first year I trusted her but after that, when I'd ask her something, she'd say she'd have to think about her answer. Next session she'd some back with a contrived response. Also, I had a strong feeling that she cares enormously about how much money her clients have. To me, that was the end of our client/therapist relationship.
