I have seen Susan for almost a year now and I am very impressed with the way that she has helped me improve my mental health. She is very straight forward and willing to share her opinion in an appropriate, respectful way.

I started a ptsd group and I was newly diagnosed being the nice professional she lied on my chart saying I was a no show. I had called her in advanced cancelled all my appointments due to serious illness. She kicked me out of the support group and reported to my insurance I was a no show. During the group she was more like a member than a leader so she lacked professionalism.
