I have multiple health issues and was concerned about seeing a CNP rather than an MD but it takes so long to get an initial visit with the MD. Susan Jordan was highly recommended to me by someone in the medical field I highly respect, so I made an appointment. She comes across very professional and matter of fact but still is concerned for taking care of health needs. She spent such an extended amount of time with me I almost felt badly but she assured me to be at ease and take my time to tell her anything I needed so that she could get a complete understanding of my health history. I will be making appointments for my other family members. I was highly satisfied with my visit.

I was very unhappy with my visit to Susan Jordan, and I felt it was a complete waste of my money. Although she may listen to your concerns, she doesn't seem to truly HEAR your concerns. She comes across as uncompassionate. She didn't help me at all and only deepened my frustration with my condition. I do not recommend her.
