Not very good at helping me process the reason WHY I feel something. She basically just told me to "get over it" and move on. At the time, I was seeing her because I was feeling my needs were not being met at work or at home and no one was listening to my pleas for what I needed. She then told me that I needed to not judge people and that I wasn't respecting THEIR needs... it was all very frustrating esp when I was seeing her because I wasn't being heard -- and then she turned right around and didn't listen to me either. There was no processing of emotions or helping heal. It was just "stop feeling that way!" My INFJ brain doesn't work that way!! It's been over a year since I saw her and it's been on my heart to leave this review. I still laugh and shake my head at how unproductive our sessions were. I've had much more success with listening to self help books like "daughter detox" (a lot of my issues stem from childhood trauma and my mother...). Anyway I would not recommend this LPC.
