Susan can be helpful sometimes but very unprofessional . She snaps at clients very easily and shares her own personal information to try and make you feel bad. She does not handle conflict or confrontation well if a client asks her a question she does not like. I asked her to extend a session since she was running late and had the wrong time and she goes "FINE Since you asked whatever, like really you're going to be that crazy about the time." While it may have not been her fault for the confusion in times (possibly the agencies fault), her response is highly inappropriate. I have worked with many therapists and never experienced this reaction from a therapist. During sessions, she is always looking at her screen too and does not look into the camera.
