Susan is amazing. She's quite literally restored my day to day life in ways I never thought possible. Thanks to her expertise, I'm able to confidently say that I never carry my work home with me. This is something I never thought I would be able to say. I used to be working 15+ hours a week at home, letting work consume my life. She's the reason that I'm able to spend quality time with my family again, something I could never thank her enough for. Her professionalism, kindness, and compassion are what makes her the ideal therapist for me. She has a way of tackling mental health objectives that feels like catching up with a close friend. She does not always tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to hear to grow as a person and truly discover what is best for you. Over the past year and a half, Dr. Butler has really helped me manage my anxiety and recognize my depression symptoms. She often validates my feelings, but she brings me back down to reality a lot of times, too. No matter what, though, she always makes me feel seen and understood, and it has been nice speaking with someone who both encourages me and pushes me when I need it.

She was not very professional or organized.
