It's important to me that people are not treated like a number by doctors in which case Susan dr. Susan took her time she was caring and kind and I'm looking forward to many years with her as my doctor

Susan Blizzard is by far the best medical professional I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mrs. Blizzard takes her time to get to know you as not only a patient but you as a person to better help you in your journey to a healthier life. I have seen Susan many times over the past 2 years and can say I will never switch to anyone else's care. If your looking for a great provider look no further.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ms. Blizzard. She really helped me in both my physical and personal life. She genuinely cared! I look forward to going back to her as well as recommending her to all my friends and family.

This clinic NEVER requested new patient records or history. Their main concern was getting a tox screen(rightfully so)but fell apart on almost every other request. My consult with Ms Wannabe Blizzard was an hour long and absolutely nothing else was done except 1 med which was asked for a month ahead of time. I asked for meds I was out of and some useless meds were filled but my blood thinner and one that controls heart rate were Refused. I had 1 heart attack. Don’t need another. RUN from her.
