Poor quality care
Susan was unprofessional and sarcastic while speaking with me. Susan was also cold and insensitive in demeanor. Feelings were insulted due to me seeking other medical advice and treatment prior to the visit.

Very distasteful lady. Insensitive and has a bad attitude. Unprofessional behavior overall.
