My mother went to this office, they told her to be there an hour before her appointment. She arrived 40 mins early due to my father just having back surgery. She waited in line, got to the desk where they told her she couldn't be seen because she wasn't there an hour early. She is 71, waited 4 months to be seen. Paper work took 20 mins not an hour. Maybe they should automate some of this so people could fill it out online and not ask people with crippling conditions didn't have to site so long.
