Set up an appointment and she 'rescheduled' last minute. I waited for the appointment time and the provider did not call. It was 'cancelled' after the time. This provider is disrespectful of my time and unreliable. I am dealing with a horrific traumatic situation and expressed a need.

Booked an appointment on Wednesday for a Saturday morning telehealth with Sultana to work through a stressful situation I’m dealing with. Sat down at my kitchen table Saturday morning to write out some notes on what I wanted to cover only to see that a text had come through (an hour prior to the appointment) saying the provider had to change the time of our appointment. The text said there was a slot available at 8:45 pm that Saturday night but there was no way to accept the time slot even if you did decide to accept that very unorthodox time. I logged in to see what other times were available and the next appointment isn’t until Tuesday. Ridiculous. It’s a good thing. I wasn’t in a serious mental health crisis. Can you imagine if you’re reaching out for help from a therapist and she basically kicks you to the curb at the last second? Especially in his profession,, that behavior is unacceptable and could be fatal. At the very least a personal phone call would be warranted. How selfish
