First, she was patient with me. I knew I had a hearing problem but I did not want a hearing aid. Then the hearing test and she sat with me and explained 'so I could understand' what she was recommending. Two hearings aids, this is the price, but I just want you to try them first and see. I would say she is quite a saleperson but she made sure that I would appreciate the value of the aids she was offering me. TV-better,Telephone calls Much Better, In a croud of people, FANTASTIC..
