Steven Thompson, PA-C

My husband was experiencing a very unclear medical condition which prompted a visit to the ER the weekend before his appointment date. The symptoms involved a painful and swollen lower abdomen and side with no apparent explanation for the symptoms, which had increased greatly in size before the appointment date. My husband also had a large mass on his side near his hip which was very swollen and also in his abdominal region. Mr. Thompson was less than compassionate or merely nonchalant. He was downright dismissive, arrogant and rude. He didnt want to answer pertinent questions. He actually ask why my husband even had an appointment. Quote: 'Why are you here? This isn't gastrointestinal... Are you kidding me? With a visibly swollen and painful abdomen, he totally dismissed my husband's symptoms, while also running no diagnostic tests or labs and performed a less than thorough physical examination. Mr. Thompson was unnecessarily rude and behaved unprofessionally in my opinion.
