Mr. Sick gave me splendid service in finding analogue hearing aids, at my request, to replace old digital hearing aids. One of the old hearing aids was broken and rather than spend the money for the repair of a very old aid, I decided to go back to analogue aids for the higher dB output which I need. He worked to quickly replace one of the new hearing aid which had a defective volume control wheel. I am delighted with the service given me and with the office in general.
