Excellent practice
My son needed months of physical therapy after a work injury. Dr. Levak explained everything in terms we could understand. Christy is a wonderful exercise physiologist and Dawn handled all the paperwork for workman's comp so we didn't have any worries about filing that. I would highly recommend this practice, they're a very knowledgeable and kind group of professionals.

Dr. Steve Levak has been my Worker's Comp. doctor for many years and has done everything he can to facilitate my claim. He has taken care of my physical ailments and prescribe therapies and testing which have been needed. His staff are very pleasant and helpful. He also has always been accessible, when I need to see him.
